Sara was created by the Ivory Tower Workshop as a companion to Mason Stone and as an additional team member to the V6. Her top speed is not known at this time because she keeps "self improving" herself after each test. She is loyal to Mr. Stone but is secretly in constant contact with Mr. Ford. She can alter her outer shell to produce a "suit" to hide her identity so not to connect the hero to the companion. Sara can concentrate static electricity in the air to produce bolts of electricity or to power devices. Her synthetic make up allows her many advantages that humans can't accomplish.
